SCHEDULES & SERVICES

Our Homeowners Association provides professional mowing and landscaping services along with regular trash and yard waste pick-up. In addition, Manatee County supports weekly recycling, picking up items from blue recycle bins placed curbside by homeowners.

SCHEDULES:

• Household trash – Tuesday and Friday

• Recycled paper, cardboard, metal, glass and plastic – Wednesday 

• Yard waste – Wednesday

 

SERVICES:

• Our landscaping contractor, Westcoast, provides services including lawn cutting, irrigation setting, plant trimming and fertilization.

• Yearly backflow inspection – Casey’s Plumbing Backflow Division.

• Yearly roof washing – SunCoast Curb Appeal, LLC

• Exterior home painting – In 2020, our homes were painted with owners selecting colors from paint and trim combinations.
